The short version

I work in-house for a 12-brand home services group, where I run digital marketing and contact center operations. That means I've been responsible for all of it: the websites and ads, the CRM rollout, the phone system and business texting, the sales dashboards, and the messy account cleanups nobody else wants to touch.

Working inside a company, you learn fast that marketing doesn't end at the click. A lead that waits three hours for a reply is a lead you paid for and lost. A report full of impressions doesn't tell an owner whether to hire another crew. So I build the whole path, from the first search to the booked job, and I measure it the way owners do.

Before this I worked in sales, created content, and spent years coaching, which taught me that results come from systems, reps and accountability. Not hype.
